Category I Members: |
|
| |
Any partnership, corporation, cooperative, limited liability company, American Indian Nation or municipality, or a successor to any such entity, owning, operating or owning fifty percent (50%) or more of the stock or other ownership interest in any such entity that operates a local exchange telecommunications company authorized to provide basic local telecommunications service in a specific geographic area. |

Category II Members: |
|
| |
|
Any partnership, corporation, cooperative or limited liability company, or a successor to such an entity operating as a telecommunications company that is engaged in any of the following principal lines of business: local exchange and for basic local telecommunications service (but not eligible as a Category I Member); interexchange telecommunications service; wireless telecommunications service; competitive local exchange carrier; competitive access provider; cable TV company; or any other type of telecommunications company as may be approved by the CSSA Board of Directors. |
