Inform reservations agent you will be attending the Communications Supply Service Association STAR Conference to receive the group rate. Deadline to make hotel reservations at the discounted rate is September 21, 2009. The Peabody provides a complimentary airport shuttle to/from the airport.  It is an 8 passenger van that requires reservations for spots on the shuttle.  You can make shuttle reservations when making guest room reservations.

The exhibit fee is $549 per company and includes registration for up to two representatives, one six-foot display table with skirt at our Vendor Showcase and admission to meeting events. Additional representatives may be added for $75 each.
