Q: What all do I get with my STAR Conference registration?
A: Members who register for the STAR Conference gain full access to ALL Conference activities and sessions including the General Session, choice of Concurrent Sessions, Vendor Showcase and any sponsored activities throughout the Conference.

Q:  Can I bring a guest?
A:  Yes.  A guest fee is required.  This fee allows your guest to participate in the Welcome Reception, all catered functions and any sponsored activities throughout the Conference.

Q:  I would like to pay by credit card.  Is that possible?
A:  Yes.  CSSA accepts most major credit cards.  Simply mark the appropriate box in the registration form, letting CSSA know your intent to pay by credit card.  After your registration is submitted, a CSSA representative will contact you to get the appropriate information.

Q:  How do I make my hotel reservations?
A:  CSSA has arranged a special room rate for all attendees of the CSSA STAR Conference.  To make your reservations, you may call The Peabody Little Rock at (501) 906-4000 on or before September 13, 2009.  Be sure to inform the reservations agent you will be attending the Communications Supply Service Association STAR Conference to receive the group rate.

Q:  How can I participate?
A:  Content presented at the STAR Conference is Member-driven and provides attendees specific information needed to help them excel in the telecommunications industry. Q: What are the details for the Fishing Tournament?
A: Anglers will depart the hotel Monday morning at 6 am and be transported to scenic Lindsey's Resort near Heber Springs for an adventurous day of guided trout fishing. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided as well as out-of-state fishing licenses. Participants will return to The Peabody in time to attend pre-Registration and the Welcome Reception.

Q: What are the details for the Golf Tournament?
A: Golfers will depart the hotel Monday morning at 7:45 am and be transported to the incredible Glenwood Country Club near Hot Springs for a day on some of the finest greens Arkansas has to offer. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided. Participants will return to The Peabody in time to attend pre-Registration and the Welcome Reception.
