Basic Networking, VPNs & VoIP (Course BNVPN)

This course is designed for traditional voice and VoIP system technicians responsible for the configuration, installation and/or programming of networked sites.  Live Internet connections will be used during the practice labs for this course for a "real world" experience.  An assessment test will be given at the end of the course as a review.

BCM 50, 200/400 & 450 Advanced & IP Features (Course ID: 40050AF)

This intermediate to advanced level course is designed for technicians or other personnel responsible for the programming of BCM system advanced and IP features.  This course is designed to provide more in-depth training and programming experience on the more difficult and less often used advanced programming features.  It is also designed to be a refresher for those who have already attended a 5-day BCM course.  Students who attend this course should already be comfortable installing and programming BCM systems.  Installation rules and basic programming features (i.e. analog PSTN trunks, digital sets, general settings, hunt groups, etc.) will not be covered in class.  Students will be allowed to choose which system they would like to program, the smaller BCM 50, the larger BCM 400 or the new BCM 450.
