| Norstar MICS & CallPilot 100/150 Installation, Programming & Troubleshooting (Course ID: 7130)

This beginner level course is designed for personnel responsible for completing programming records, installing, programming and/or troubleshooting Norstar CICS, MICS and CallPilot 100/150 voice mail systems. For employees with intermediate or advanced level product knowledge, this course may be used as a refresher to learn about features added in the most recent software versions. The most commonly used parameters of configuration, programming, general administration and maintenance will be covered. The assessment test offered at the end of the course does not grant certification. Nortel does not offer certification on Norstar products.

This course is designed for traditional voice and VoIP system technicians responsible for the configuration, installation and/or programming of networked sites. Live Internet connections will be used during the practice labs for this course for a "real world" experience. An assessment test will be given at the end of the course as a review.

Mitel SX-200 ICP Basic Installation & Maintenance Release 5.0 Level 1 (Course SX200ICP)

This beginner level course is designed for personnel responsible for the installation, programming and maintenance of SX-200 ICP systems. This course provides SX-200 ICP Level 1 certification required for installing the SX-200 ICP system as a voice PBX/key system only. Level 2 certification is required to install the SX-200 ICP as a voice and data system.
